What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 24 pcs per design. It is possible to mix up to 3 sizes and 3 colors within this quantity.
How can I find out about production and sampling prices?
Please contact us via WhatsApp for production and sampling prices. Production prices will be adapted to fabrics used, design, and detail complexity. Sending us a reference image of the design and details would be very helpful for us to conclude the costs.
What materials do you work with?
We source a huge range of quality fabrics, including delicate ones like satin and silk, eco-friendly materials like cotton and linen, stretchy materials like spandex and lycra, and heavyweight materials like leather and denim. Do you provide design services?
Yes, we provide design services directly handled by our Designer/Owner. Designs can be in the form of sketches or colored and textured illustrations.
How are sampling costs determined?
Costs for sampling are adapted to the type of fabrics used.
Can I request revisions after sampling?
After sampling has been completed, we will only accept minor revisions. Minor revisions mean small changes that can be adjusted directly onto the finished sample. We will not process major revisions that require significant changes or a whole new sample. To avoid this, we expect clients to provide detailed information regarding the design before we start.
Is it possible to make a sample without a physical sample reference?
Yes, we can make samples from pictures. We will need information on sizing, fittings, and other details to process them with minimal revisions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
